THE POOL LIFE

Whether you need your early morning swim as a workout, or just a splash and some water games, the giant pool, measuring 12 x 6m with roman stairs, comes in very handy.
In the pool house, you'll find a big American fridge/freezer combo with ice cube function, to refresh yourself with the necessary drinks.
From here, you'll have amazing views over the area, stretching from the Sierra del Carche towards Pinoso town.

Inside the house
This house has all the comfort you need. In every room, you'll find airco units, which can be controlled separately. You have wifi internet everywhere in the house and in the poolhouse. And of course central heating for the colder days during winter time.
The kitchen with all new appliances. Electric HOB, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dish washing machine, Espresso machine, ...
The big living area has been remodeled with brand new furniture. You'll find a big Smart Tv and access via patio doors to the covered terrace.

The bathroom downstairs, next to the bedroom, has a shower/bathtub combo, toilet, bidet and sink.
One of three big upstairs bedrooms, again with fan and airco and built-in closets.
The second bedroom upstairs has two beds, built-in closet, airco and a fan for a slight breeze.
The third bedroom, again with access to the terrace, has a smaller annex bedroom for one person, and an en-suite bathroom.
The annex bedroom next to the 3rd bedroom, can accommodate one additional person.

This upstairs bathroom is shared between bedroom 1 and 2. It has a shower cabine, toilet and sink.
The patio doors in all the upstairs bedrooms give access to the big terrace with an amazing view.
